EXECUTIVE RISK SUMMARY (KEY TAKEAWAYS AT A GLANCE)

4 Core Liability Boundaries of the OneHealthGrid Ecosystem

Read Alongside Our Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

1. No Practice of Medicine

OneHealthGrid is a software provider, not a hospital or physician. Clinical alerts, e-Prescriptions, LIMS outputs, and AI/MCP summaries never replace independent medical judgment by a licensed doctor.

2. No Certified Legal / IT Advice

API documentation, HL7 FHIR schemas, sample code, and compliance blueprints on this site are for general engineering guidance and do not constitute formal legal or regulatory consultation.

3. Infrastructure & Maintenance

While we engineer high-availability cloud systems, we disclaim liability for scheduled maintenance windows, ISP/telecom backbone outages, database sync delays, or force majeure disruptions.

4. Third-Party & Gateway Waiver

We do not control and are not liable for external government portals (NHA ABDM, UIDAI, PM-JAY), PCI-DSS payment gateways, Microsoft Dynamics 365 instances, or external LLM providers.

01. Website and Service Disclaimer ("As-Is" and "As-Available" Operational Baseline)

KEY TAKEAWAY (PLAIN-ENGLISH SUMMARY)

Unless your healthcare institution or government department has executed a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) containing express Service Level Agreement (SLA) warranties, the OneHealthGrid website, mobile apps, and evaluation environments are provided strictly ‘As-Is’ and ‘As-Available’ without implied warranties.

1.1 General Operational Disclaimer: The public website located at https://onehealthgrid.com, together with all associated web portals, mobile applications, demonstration environments, developer sandboxes, open API catalogs, whitepapers, and informational resources (collectively, the “Site and Services”) owned and operated by Routeget Technologies Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“OneHealthGrid”, “Routeget”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), are provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. Except to the extent expressly committed in a mutually executed, physically or digitally signed enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Government Tender Contract (RFP/SLA) between Routeget and an institutional B2B/B2G Customer, Routeget makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind—whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or uninterrupted availability of the Site and Services.

1.2 Exclusion of Implied Statutory Warranties: To the fullest extent permissible under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable international commercial laws, Routeget expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular clinical, diagnostic, administrative, or public-health purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, system integration compatibility, and non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. No oral or written information, product walkthrough, or sales presentation provided by Routeget or its solution architects shall create any warranty not expressly stated in a signed enterprise contract.

1.3 Local Regulatory & Facility Configuration Responsibility: Healthcare delivery and public health reporting are subject to diverse state-level clinical establishment laws, pharmacy regulations, and institutional standard operating procedures (SOPs). Each subscribing hospital, clinic, Primary Health Centre (PHC), diagnostic laboratory, pharmacy, or government agency remains solely responsible for verifying that its local workflow configuration, tax/billing setup, and staff usage of OneHealthGrid comply with all applicable central, state, and municipal laws.

02. Professional, Clinical, AI/MCP & Technical Advice Disclaimer

KEY TAKEAWAY (PLAIN-ENGLISH SUMMARY)

OneHealthGrid is an enterprise technology vendor, not a licensed medical provider, law firm, or certified statutory auditor. Neither our clinical software modules nor our inbuilt MCP AI servers dispense medical advice, and our technical/API documentation does not constitute formal professional consultation.

⚠ MANDATORY CLINICAL DECISION SUPPORT & AI HUMAN-IN-THE-LOOP NOTICE

OneHealthGrid does not engage in the practice of medicine. All EHR/HIS clinical templates, drug-to-drug or drug-allergy interaction prompts, LIMS reference-range flags, triage scores, and outputs generated through our inbuilt Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or connected AI agents are strictly auxiliary informational aids. A registered medical practitioner (RMP) must independently verify every clinical note, diagnostic report, AI summary, and prescription before rendering patient care.

2.1 No Physician-Patient Relationship or Medical Warranty: Nothing contained on the OneHealthGrid website, patient portal, ABHA record viewer, or telemedicine communication interface shall be construed as establishing a physician-patient relationship between Routeget Technologies Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and any citizen or patient, nor as providing a medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or clinical prognosis. Healthcare providers using OneHealthGrid assume exclusive professional and legal responsibility for patient examination, informed consent capture, diagnostic interpretation, prescription accuracy, and clinical outcomes.

2.2 AI Capabilities & Inbuilt MCP Server Probabilistic Output Disclaimer: OneHealthGrid provides native AI readiness and inbuilt Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that enable healthcare institutions to connect large language models (LLMs) and AI co-pilots (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or Amazon Bedrock) to structured clinical and operational workflows. Because generative AI models operate probabilistically, AI-generated clinical summaries, discharge note drafts, coding suggestions (ICD-10/SNOMED CT), or operational forecasts may occasionally contain omissions, formatting inaccuracies, or “hallucinations.” Routeget expressly disclaims any liability arising from unverified reliance on AI/MCP outputs where a qualified human professional failed to review and validate the output prior to clinical or financial execution.

2.3 Technical, Architectural, Coding & Regulatory Guidance Disclaimer: All developer documentation, OpenAPI 3.0 specifications, HL7 FHIR® R4 implementation guides, cURL/SDK code samples, Postman collections, ABDM integration walkthroughs, and DPDP Act / HIPAA compliance summaries published on this website are provided strictly for general educational and engineering reference. They do not constitute formal systems-architecture consulting, certified cybersecurity auditing, or legal advice. System integrators and hospital IT teams must independently test, validate, and security-harden all code implementations in a non-production sandbox before deploying to live clinical environments.

03. Technical Infrastructure, Maintenance & Downtime Disclaimer

KEY TAKEAWAY (PLAIN-ENGLISH SUMMARY)

While we engineer multi-zone cloud resilience and target >=99.9% uptime for enterprise deployments, complex distributed healthcare systems remain subject to scheduled maintenance, telecom backbone disruptions, database latency, and cybersecurity mitigation measures for which Routeget cannot be held strictly liable.

3.1 Distributed Cloud Infrastructure & Network Latency: OneHealthGrid operates across distributed cloud infrastructure, containerized microservices, relational and document databases, and real-time API gateways. While Routeget employs industry-standard redundancy, load balancing, and automated failover engineering, we do not warrant that the Site, cloud platform, APIs, or inbuilt MCP servers will operate on an uninterrupted, latency-free, or error-free basis at all times, nor that every software defect or non-critical bug will be corrected instantaneously.

3.2 Scheduled Maintenance, Emergency Patching & Database Synchronization: Routeget reserves the right to temporarily suspend, throttle, or restrict access to all or part of the platform to perform scheduled version upgrades, database indexing, kernel security patching, or emergency zero-day vulnerability remediation. Where practicable for B2B/B2G production tenants, scheduled maintenance windows are planned during low-traffic off-peak hours with advance notice. Routeget shall not be liable for any operational delay, temporary inability to view historical records, or deferred ERP synchronization resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency CERT-In security directives, or automated database failover transitions.

3.3 Local Hardware, ISP Backbone & Offline Contingency Duty: Healthcare facilities, rural PHCs/CHCs, diagnostic laboratories, and pharmacies frequently operate in environments subject to local power fluctuations, local-area network (LAN) misconfigurations, browser incompatibility, or internet service provider (ISP) fiber cuts. Routeget is not responsible for service interruptions originating outside our managed cloud demarcation boundary. Subscribing healthcare institutions are strongly advised to maintain local business-continuity procedures (including paper or local-cache clinical fallback protocols) so urgent patient care is never delayed during external internet outages.

04. External Links, National Gateways (ABDM/NHA) & Third-Party Integrations Disclaimer

KEY TAKEAWAY (PLAIN-ENGLISH SUMMARY)

OneHealthGrid interoperates with external government ecosystems (NHA ABDM, ABHA, UIDAI, PM-JAY, State HMIS), PCI-DSS payment gateways, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, external AI models, and web analytics tools. Routeget has no control over—and waives all liability for—the uptime, accuracy, or policies of these independent third-party systems.

4.1 National Digital Health Gateways (NHA ABDM, ABHA, UIDAI & PM-JAY): OneHealthGrid provides native interoperability connectors to India’s public digital health infrastructure, including the National Health Authority (NHA) Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) Health Information Exchange & Consent Manager (HIE-CM), ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) creation and verification APIs, Healthcare Facility & Professional Registries (HFR/HPR), Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY transaction management systems, UIDAI Aadhaar e-KYC gateways, and State HMIS portals (such as RCH, U-WIN, NTEP, and IDSP/IHIP). These national and state gateways are owned and operated exclusively by sovereign government agencies. Routeget expressly disclaims all liability for gateway downtime, API schema changes, Aadhaar OTP/biometric verification timeouts, PM-JAY claim adjudication delays/rejections, or inaccurate historical health records transmitted by external Health Information Providers (HIPs).

4.2 Merchant Payment Gateways & Enterprise ERP Connectors (Dynamics 365): Online fee collections, subscription renewals, and patient billing transactions processed through OneHealthGrid utilize independent, RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways and banking networks (UPI, NetBanking, NEFT/RTGS, and card networks). Similarly, enterprise financial synchronization relies on the Customer’s licensed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance environment. Routeget is not a bank, payment aggregator, or financial institution, and waives all liability for payment gateway outages, inter-bank settlement delays, chargeback disputes, incorrect tax/ledger mapping configured by Customer finance teams, or unauthorized access occurring within the Customer’s external ERP tenant.

4.3 External Websites, Third-Party AI Models & Analytics Tools: Our website and documentation may contain hyperlinks to external websites, GitHub repositories, clinical reference libraries, or third-party AI platforms, and utilizes Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel on public marketing pages. External links are provided solely for convenience and do not imply endorsement by Routeget. When a Customer connects third-party foundation AI models to OneHealthGrid via our inbuilt MCP servers, the availability, token pricing, and model behavior of those external AI services remain governed solely by the Customer’s agreement with the respective AI vendor.

05. Limitation of Liability & Exclusion of Consequential Damages

KEY TAKEAWAY (PLAIN-ENGLISH SUMMARY)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routeget Technologies Consulting Pvt. Ltd. shall never be liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or clinical malpractice damages, and our total cumulative monetary liability is strictly capped at the subscription fees paid by the Customer in the preceding 12 months.

5.1 Categorical Exclusion of Indirect & Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian and international law, in no event shall Routeget Technologies Consulting Pvt. Ltd., its parent or subsidiary entities, directors, officers, employees, clinical advisors, solution architects, or licensors be liable to you, any healthcare institution, any government authority, or any third party (including patients or beneficiaries) for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages whatsoever. This exclusion applies without limitation to damages for loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of goodwill, business interruption, loss or corruption of data, delayed insurance/PM-JAY reimbursements, cost of procurement of substitute software or services, or claims of medical malpractice or personal injury, whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statutory duty, or any other legal theory—even if Routeget has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance.

5.2 Absolute Cap on Aggregate Monetary Liability: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained on this website or in any ancillary documentation (and subject only to express liability provisions in a mutually signed B2B/B2G Master Services Agreement), Routeget’s total, cumulative, aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the OneHealthGrid website, platform, APIs, ABDM connectors, or inbuilt MCP servers for all claims combined shall in no event exceed: (a) for paying enterprise B2B/B2G Customers, the total subscription license fees actually paid by the Customer to Routeget in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability; or (b) for free website visitors, evaluation users, or sandbox developers with no active paid subscription, the sum of Indian Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only (INR ₹25,000).

5.3 Essential Basis of the Bargain & Severability: You acknowledge and agree that the warranty disclaimers, risk allocations, and monetary liability caps set forth in this Disclaimer reflect a fair and reasonable allocation of risk between the parties for a complex digital healthcare interoperability ecosystem, and form an essential basis of the bargain between you and Routeget Technologies Consulting Pvt. Ltd. If any provision of this Disclaimer is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum permissible extent and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
